These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of corrobix.com (the “site”), operated by Corrobix Inc. (“Corrobix,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

This site provides general information about Corrobix and its product, Crossvyn. Site content is informational only and is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.

Descriptions of Crossvyn on this site — including features, integrations, availability, pricing, or timelines — may change at any time without notice and do not, by themselves, create any obligation on Corrobix to deliver a specific feature or outcome. A binding commitment about Crossvyn exists only where it is set out in a separate written agreement signed by Corrobix.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, and the Corrobix and Crossvyn names and marks — belong to Corrobix or are used with permission, and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may view the site for your own personal or internal business reference. Without our prior written permission, you agree not to:

• Copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit site content.
• Modify site content or create derivative works from it.
• Use automated tools to scrape or systematically extract content from the site.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from the site.
• Use the Corrobix or Crossvyn names or logos in a way likely to mislead.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that Crossvyn will be released, or will include, any particular feature described on the site. Nothing here excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

Because this site does not process payments or deliver a paid service directly, our exposure connected to it is limited accordingly: to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Corrobix nor its directors, officers, employees, or service providers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the site will not exceed CAD $0 — a nominal cap consistent with the site being free, informational, and not a paid transaction. This cap does not apply to, and has no bearing on, liability arising under any separate signed agreement covering the Crossvyn product itself, nor does it apply where the law does not allow such a limit.

The site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any linked site.

Changes

We may modify the site or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted, and continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes relating to these Terms or the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
